BMA Doctor Support Service The Doctor Support Service offers emotional support from another doctor who is experienced in providing peer support, and is completely independent from the GMC. It is free and available for all doctors and is completely confidential. If your case ends up at a hearing, you can ask someone from the service to go with you for up to two days of the hearing.
