Radyr Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our vibrant, patient focused and innovative practice who are committed to the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
Radyr Medical Centre is a training practice and consists of 11,000 patients with a supportive clinical team of 6 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 3 General Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistant and an exceptional administration team. We operate from a smart modern, purpose-built premises located in the heart of Radyr Village and easily accessible with public transport and allocated parking.
This exciting opportunity involves improving quality, safety, rational and cost-effective prescribing to patients registered with Radyr Medical Centre. In addition, it’s an opportunity to provide professional expertise and developing the clinical practice-based pharmacist role in GP practice delivering services to patients, becoming a core member of the practice team, working effectively with other health and social care professionals

Hours / Salary
Permanent position – 37.5hrs per week
